Requirements and criteria:

Must be a resident of Franklin Lakes, a graduating senior, applying to a 2 or 4 yr.-accredited school.

Have demonstrated a desire to pursue a course of study in a medically related field.

Complete the application and provide a transcript from his/her high school.

The award(s) are to provide recognition of achievement and ability, not financial need.

All applications will be reviewed by the FLVAC Scholarship Comm. and decisions are final.
Scholarship(s) in amounts up to $1,500 will be awarded to qualified applicants.
